The NRDD_constraints tool provides simple interpolating functions written in Python that return the most constraining limit on the dark matter-nucleon scattering cross section for a list of non-relativistic effective operators. WimPyDD calculates accurate predictions for the expected rates in WIMP direct–detection experiments within the framework of Galilean–invariant non–relativistic effective theory. The object–oriented customizable Python code handles different scenarios including inelastic scattering, WIMP of arbitrary spin, and a generic velocity distribution of WIMP in the Galactic halo.
